Data Analyst Associate (m/f/d)

Your Mission:

As part of a data and technology team, you are an integral part of our operational business lines rendering Tax services to our clients. In this capacity, you actively participate in supporting the services delivery by providing our clients with automation solutions, data visualization solutions, and collaborative solutions, within the scope of core Tax services.

You understand the operational processes followed by your colleagues and clients and you identify inefficiencies and recommend technical solutions.

To implement the recommended technical solutions, the following tasks can be performed:

  • Data analysis, data cleansing, and dashboarding;
  • Understanding internal system constraints and governance;
  • Working closely with stakeholders to analyze, identify, and prioritize business requirements;
  • Orchestrating data collection from databases or other sources;
  • Interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing ongoing reports;
  • Modeling data to specific business objectives;
  • Communicating effectively the results of our analysis and discussing the subsequent action plan with the stakeholders;
  • Being the owner of a portfolio of projects and following the project's roadmap with other team members;
  • Looking for new project opportunities, developing your own ideas, and implementing proof of concepts to test their feasibility.

Be a part of our team where you will: 

  • Be accountable in automation projects across all stages (analysis, design, setup, training, communication, maintenance).
  • Identify, implement, and drive solutions using data technologies such as ETL, RPA, data visualization, Microsoft suite, alteryx and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and prioritise business needs, then convert them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with our IT teams to provide highly integrated solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Master degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python and in ETL tools
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
