Senior UX/UI Designer

Senior UX/UI Designer:

For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer for a long contract based in Amsterdam.

Its paying well and my client can interview asap!

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality UI designs in Figma aligned with Customer design systems and accessibility standards.
• Conduct end-to-end UX research, including requirements gathering, user interviews, accessibility and heuristic audits, usability testing, and data synthesis.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to deliver a seamless user experience across multiple PtP program modules.
• Translate research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI assets.
• Ensure consistency and usability across all modules through design governance and iterative improvements.
• Utilize Figma Make and AI-driven design tools to enhance design efficiency, prototyping, and testing workflows.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in UX/UI design for complex, multi-module applications.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for prototyping and design system implementation.
• Strong experience with qualitative and quantitative UX research methods.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and their application in UX/UI workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet delivery timelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Customer will provide access to required systems, design libraries, research tools, and collaboration platforms.
• All deliverables must comply with Customer brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and data security requirements.

Privacy & Data Security:

• Must comply with Customer data privacy, confidentiality, and information security policies at all times.
• No sensitive or private client/project data may be stored locally or on personal devices.
• All project files, assets, and communications must remain within Customer-approved platforms and encrypted storage systems.
