As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Cyber Security Manager to join our team and ensure the security of our digital assets and guest data.
We are looking for a knowledgeable Cyber Security Manager to lead our efforts in safeguarding our information systems, networks, and data from cyber threats. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry's unique cybersecurity challenges and will implement effective strategies to mitigate risks and protect our organization's digital assets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive cyber security policies and procedures tailored to the specific needs of the hospitality industry.
- Conduct regular assessments of our IT infrastructure and systems to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses.
- Manage and monitor security systems such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software to ensure proactive threat detection and response.
- Collaborate with IT teams from multiple companies to implement security measures during the development and deployment of new technologies and systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security trends, threats, and technologies to continuously improve our security posture.
- Respond to and investigate security incidents, including conducting forensic analysis and implementing remediation measures.
- Conduct regular security awareness training for employees to educate them about cyber security best practices and promote a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR and PCI DSS, and ensure that our systems and processes adhere to industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
- Preferred but not required: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cyber security, with a focus on the hospitality industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network security, encryption, authentication, and access control technologies.
- Experience with security assessment tools and techniques, such as vulnerability scanning and penetration testing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and respond to security incidents.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
