Job Description

Are you an expert in industrial application of adhesive or paintings technologies? Ready to apply your knoweldge and shape the future of e-mobility?

As Product Engineer, you will own the global lifecycle of advanced adhesive and coating technologies used in automotive e-battery manufacturing. Working closely with leading e-battery manufacturers, you’ll drive solutions for sealing and bonding, thermal runaway protection, cooling management, and lightweight design—turning technical excellence into market-leading impact.

  • In charge of strategically planning and overseeing product marketing efforts
  • Managing the full lifecycle of the product portfolio to ensure continuous alignment with the company's strategic objectives
  • Serving as the first point of contact for technical inquiries related to products and systems
  • Analyzing and reporting on competitor activities, technical developments, and global trends
  • Collaborating with Sales to meet targets in revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Working closely with our marketing department to create promotional material and execute promotional activities like trainings, lectures and customer events

Qualifications

  • University degree in chemistry, materials science, materials / process engineering or a comparable qualification in a technical field
  • Proven expertise in adhesive or paintings technologies for automotive industry
  • Experience in product management (preferably in the automotive or chemical industries)
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team and to interact with other cultures as well as personalities
  • Willingness to engage in international travel - mainly Asia, up to 30%

Preferred

  • Experience with e-batteries in e-Mobility sector
