Overview

We are working with a financially strong technology business in the iGaming vertical, headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.

Over the last couple of years they have experienced rapid growth, and as a result they are now seeking a new Chief Executive Officer to continue the growth, and take the business to the next level.

The Chief Executive Officer will own the strategic direction of the business and lead it through its next growth chapter. They will work closely with product and technology teams while defining and executing a scalable, long-term vision.

As Chief Executive Officer you will be working to achieve the 3-5 year business targets/ goals created collaboratively with the members of the board.

Key Areas of Focus:

• Driving business strategy.
• Launching and scaling new initiatives.
• Motivating and aligning staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Set and execute the company’s growth strategy and long-term vision.
• Lead business development, product innovation, and culture initiatives.
• Identify and capitalise on emerging opportunities across crypto, Asia, LATAM, and Africa.

Product & Technology

• Champion a product-first mindset across the organisation.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to guide technical and strategic decisions.
• Ensure scalable technology and IT foundations to support rapid growth.

Data-Driven Execution

• Use product, customer, and market data to inform strategic decisions.
• Embed a results-driven, data-led culture across the business.

People Leadership

• Lead and inspire a globally distributed team of 50 employees.
• Balance start-up agility with the structure required to scale effectively.
• Empower leaders with clear accountability and direction.

External Representation

• Represent the company publicly at industry events and in the media.
• Strengthen the company’s thought leadership in crypto-enabled gaming and emerging markets.

Required Experience & Qualities:

• Proven leader in iGaming, FinTech, Crypto or Blockchain, with B2B platform experience preferred.
• Product-first mindset with a strong focus on innovation.
• Technically fluent, able to engage engineering teams and scale IT effectively.
• Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical capability.
• Hands-on, proactive leader comfortable operating at detail level.
• Strategic and inspirational, able to motivate and align teams.
• Experienced in scaling organisations from 30 to 200 employees.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

Location: Stockholm, Sweden.

Travel: Minimum of 4 weeks international travel per year, potential for more.

Reporting Lines: Reporting to Board of Directors (Company Owners).

Team: Strong existing CCO, CPO, and Head of Development.

Compensation: Highly competitive; salary and bonus package above market standards.
