Telecommunications Engineer

Job Title: Telecom Experiece / DevOps Engineer – OSS Network Creation (Freelance)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden (Onsite)

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Telecommunications Engineer / DevOps Engineer to support OSS Network Creation activities on a freelance basis for a 1-year onsite contract in Stockholm. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in telecom network design tools and DevOps technologies within OSS environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform OSS network creation and configuration activities

• Work with radio and core network planning tools, especially Atoll

• Deploy, configure, and manage OSS components using JBoss application server

• Support system integrations and workflows using Kafka for data streaming and messaging

• Work with Delphi-based tools/systems as part of network creation processes

• Automate deployment and operational tasks using DevOps best practices

• Troubleshoot network and system-related issues in OSS environments

• Collaborate with network planning, operations, and engineering teams

• Ensure documentation and compliance with project standards

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Telecommunications / OSS Network Creation

• Strong hands-on experience with Atoll

• Experience with JBoss application server

• Working knowledge of Kafka

• Experience with Delphi-based systems/tools

• Solid understanding of DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation, monitoring)

• Linux/Unix system knowledge

• Good troubleshooting and communication skills
