Full-of-Life Qualities

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in JavaScript development, with deep expertise in React (Hooks).
• Strong experience with Context API and/or Redux for state management.
• Solid experience working with RESTful APIs.
• Proven ability to design and develop scalable, reusable, and high-performance frontend architectures.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript package managers (Yarn, npm).
• Hands-on experience with build and bundling tools such as Webpack, Babel, or similar.
• Strong focus on performance optimization, clean code, and semantic HTML/CSS.
• Practical understanding of micro frontend and monorepo architectures.
• A good knowledge of Node.js, SSR & Socket.io.
• Strong knowledge of frontend monitoring and observability, with hands-on experience using tools such as Sentry, New Relic, etc. for error tracking, performance monitoring and production analysis.
• Strong awareness of consistent user experience (UX/UI) principles.
• Extensive experience using Bitbucket for version control (Experience with GitHub or GitLab is considered a plus).
• Strong advocate of testing and clean code practices ( Hands-on experience with Jest, Testing Library, ESLint, and similar tools).
• Experience with component-driven development and Storybook / atomic design systems.
• Experience working with frontend applications deployed on AWS (e.g., S3, CloudFront, CDN strategies, environment-based deployments).
• Experience building and maintaining large-scale, high-traffic web applications.
• Comfortable working in Agile / Scrum teams and cross-functional environments.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices across the full SDLC.
• Strong architectural thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proactive, ownership-driven, and capable of mentoring other team members.

• Own the development, maintenance, and optimization of complex frontend features and applications.
• Take responsibility throughout the full product lifecycle: design, development, release, and long-term maintenance.
• Lead and contribute to frontend architectural decisions.
• Contribute to and improve AWS-based frontend deployment and release processes.
• Ensure high standards of performance, scalability, security, and code quality.
• Actively participate in and lead code reviews, providing constructive and high-quality feedback.
• Support knowledge sharing, technical guidance, and mentoring within the frontend team.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, and DevOps teams.
• Continuously evaluate new technologies and propose improvements to existing systems.
• Build high-performance frontend applications serving millions of users.
