The Trendyol Talent Program 2026 is designed for university students and new graduates who want to gain real work experience, learn by doing, and grow with mentors along the way. From day one, you’ll be part of real projects, work closely with teams, and build both your professional skills and business mindset—not just watch from the sidelines.

Teams You Can Apply For

At Trendyol, you'll be joining a dynamic tech ecosystem of nearly 2.000 members working across Data Management, Data Science, Engineering (Back-end Development), Platform (NoSQL, DevOps), Product (UI/UX Design & UI-UX Research) and Security.

We are looking for talent for these teams! Please review them carefully and choose the one that fits you best.

During the application process, you will be asked to select the team you’re applying for.

How the Application Process Works?

1. Online Application Process: Explore the teams, choose the team that excites you, and apply in just a few clicks.

2. Online Assessment Process: This step includes an online technical test, a video interview, and an English speaking test.

3. Online Interviews: You’ll meet the team in Zoom interviews.

4. Offer Stage: You made it If it’s a match, we’ll send you an offer and kick off your Trendyol Talent journey!

Who Can Apply?

This program is a great fit if you:

• Can work at least 3 days a week between July 2026 – January 2027

• Are a 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate student, a new grad or a master’s student

• Feel comfortable speaking in English
