Frontend Developer

Contract Nuxt.js Engineer – Remote (once a quarter on-site)

Outside IR35 – Up to £500 per day – 3 months (with the view to extend)

Our client, a well-established and fast-growing FinTech business operating within the payments space, is looking for a Contract Nuxt.js Engineer to support the delivery of greenfield and existing product initiatives.

The company has been operating successfully for close to a decade and works with an impressive range of customers across multiple sectors. This contract will focus on building and enhancing high-performance, user-facing applications.

I’m looking to speak with immediately available Nuxt.js Engineers who can:

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to shape and deliver front-end solutions

• Build and maintain scalable, performant web applications using Nuxt.js

• Translate complex requirements into clean, maintainable code

• Contribute to architectural decisions and front-end best practices

• Ensure high-quality delivery through testing and code reviews

• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues as they arise

Technical Experience:

• Nuxt.js (Vue.js)

• JavaScript / TypeScript

• Strong experience building SSR and SPA applications

• API integration (REST)

• HTML, CSS, modern front-end tooling

• Testing and performance optimisation experience

In return, you’ll be offered up to £500 per day, Outside IR35, with remote working and a visit to their office once per quarter. The initial contract is 3 months, with potential for extension based on project delivery.

The interview process will consist of 2 stages, conducted remotely via video.
