Software Engineer

My client, a Big Tech, is looking for a Software Engineer who has deep expertise in ReactJS/JavaScript, developing new features and is an expert at troubleshooting/bug fixes. Responsibilities

• Lead technical design discussions and communicate complex architectural decisions clearly.
• Work closely with Product, Design, Support, and other cross-functional teams to define and refine project requirements.
• Architect, build, and test (unit + end-to-end) complex features, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Design and develop front-end interfaces, APIs, or backend systems using technologies such as JavaScript, PHP (Hack), and Python.
• Build large-scale consumer products with global reach and high reliability.
• Partner with Product, Platform, and Operations teams to scale a fully automated operations platform.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience delivering full-stack products through the entire SDLC.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Proven experience influencing senior engineers and driving cross-functional technical outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time.
• Background in driving large, multi-team engineering efforts.
• Proficient with Git, Mercurial, or similar source control tools in a large team environment.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.

This is a contract role until 31 December 2026, with visibility for extensions or conversions.
