What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring adherence to Agile best practices
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and manage backlogs based on clinical workflows and compliance
• Coach team members on Agile principles and foster a culture of self-organization and accountability
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet safety and compliance standards
• Drive process improvements and track Agile metrics to enhance performance and efficiency
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a relevant field
• 2-5 years of experience in Agile software delivery, including experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
• Proven track record of enabling high-performing Agile teams in regulated environments
• Strong understanding of SDLC, QA automation, and DevOps practices
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II), or equivalent certification
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR) and data privacy requirements (HIPAA)
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence
• Additional certifications such as SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP, or Lean Six Sigma
