Job Purpose

The IT Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily IT operations of the resort, ensuring uninterrupted technology services, system security, and efficient support to hotel operations. This role supports guest services, back-of-house operations, and management systems in line with 5-star hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all IT infrastructure including servers, network, Wi-Fi, CCTV, IP telephony, and end-user devices
• Ensure 24/7 system availability to support front office, F&B, housekeeping, finance, and operations
• Maintain and monitor PMS, POS, ERP, and other hospitality systems
• Oversee guest internet services and ensure high-speed, secure connectivity
• Manage data security, backups, antivirus, firewall, and disaster recovery plans
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and system integrators
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
• Train staff on basic IT usage, systems, and data security awareness
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and hospitality industry standards
• Support new system implementations, upgrades, and audits

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of IT experience, preferably in hospitality or resort environment
• Prior supervisory or team-lead experience is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of:
• Networking (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
• Servers & virtualization
• PMS / POS systems
• CCTV & access control systems
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work in a remote resort environment
