We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager to join a high-performing organization. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience who thrives in fast-paced, insights-driven environments and enjoys turning strategy into execution. You will lead complex initiatives, conduct business analysis, and support senior leadership with clear, actionable recommendations and high-quality deliverables.

What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery: Build and manage comprehensive project plans (scope, timelines, resources, budget) and ensure delivery against objectives.
• Support transformation programs: Provide oversight across planning, execution, monitoring, and control to keep programs on track.
• Drive business analysis: Map current (“as-is”) processes, define future (“to-be”) processes, and work with stakeholders to capture business requirements.
• Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate with IT and business functions to support change implementation and transition to the target state.
• Manage stakeholders: Engage senior leaders, sponsors, project teams, and external partners—communicating progress, collecting feedback, and resolving concerns.
• Create executive-ready outputs: Develop concise, visually compelling presentations and well-structured reports for senior management.
• Manage resources, risks, and quality: Allocate resources, proactively identify risks and mitigations, enforce quality standards, and ensure strong governance.
• Track performance and report: Run status meetings, monitor milestones/metrics, and provide timely reporting on achievements, issues, risks, and next steps.
• Promote continuous improvement: Conduct post-implementation reviews, capture lessons learned and optimize delivery methods.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of relevant experience in project management, business analysis, consulting, strategy, or analytics/BI.
• Strong project planning and execution skills with a structured, delivery-focused mindset.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability; capable of translating data into strategic insights.
• Strong written/verbal communication with a talent for creating clear reports and presentations.
• PowerPoint proficiency is essential; data visualization tools are a plus.
• Experience in consulting or in a strategy/analysis function is preferred.
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification is desirable.
