We’re Hiring – Product Designer

Location: Delhi (Work from Office + Remote)

Experience: 3–8 year

Work Schedule: 5 days a week

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We’re seeking a Product Designer who can take complete ownership of the end-to-end design process for web and mobile products. You will design user-centric, intuitive, and visually engaging experiences by deeply understanding the predictions markets domain, product ecosystem, and the evolving needs of our users.

You’ll have the creative freedom to explore new ideas, along with weekly feedback cycles that help you grow faster and understand what it takes to level up within the organization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• It’s an individual contributor role where you will own the Product Design function completely and single-handedly.
• Collaborate with product managers and CX teams to understand business goals and user’s pain points.
• Conduct user research and competitor analysis within the Web 3.0 prediction markets ecosystem to support design decisions.
• Leverage web analytics tools to identify friction points and optimize user journeys.
• Translate ideas into clear wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design high-fidelity UI with seamless, intuitive UX for both web and mobile applications.
• Build and maintain design systems that ensure consistency with the brand guidelines.
• Understand the nuances of blockchain technology and decentralized applications to craft relevant user experiences.
• Ability to defend your decisions with data and evidence and influence decision making.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on design experience for a B2C application, preferably in e-commerce space.
• Strong grasp of UI/UX principles for a web & mobile based B2C application
• Proficiency in Figma, wireframing and basic motion-graphics tools.
• Experience of doing UX research, user surveys, user persona studies.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Clarity and Mixpanel to derive behavioral insights.
• Good understanding of product funnels, customer journeys, and interaction patterns.
