Level 3 Technical Support Engineer – Fortinet (ACT, Sydney, Melbourne)

Our client is a security-focused managed services and consulting organisation, delivering high-assurance network and cyber security services to enterprise and government customers. They are seeking an experienced Level 3 Technical Support Engineer with deep Fortinet expertise. 

This is a senior escalation role operating in high-security, clearance-required environments.

Mandatory requirements 

• Active NV1 Security Clearance 
• Fortinet NSE 6, NSE 7, or NSE 8 certification 
• Strong hands-on experience with FortiGate firewalls, VPNs, and security appliances 

Experience & education expectations 

• 5+ years’ experience in enterprise networking or security environments 
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline (preferred) 
• Experience supporting government or MSP customers (highly regarded) 
• ITIL process familiarity and strong documentation discipline
