How You'll Be Hosting With Heart
- As part of limehome’s DX Discovery team, you will drive growth and guest satisfaction by ensuring our guests can find the right room at the right price. Your work will also contribute to improving repeat bookings, reducing dependency on external platforms, and optimizing hosting costs.
- Develop strategic product artifacts, such as opportunity solution trees and vision roadmaps, to align with limehome’s long-term goals.
- Harness user data and market trends to make informed decisions and identify new opportunities.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to execute high-impact product initiatives effectively.
- Prioritize features based on customer feedback, market needs, and business value.
- Monitor product performance metrics, analyze outcomes, and refine solutions for continuous improvement.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in product management or a comparable role.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- A proactive mindset and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

- Hybrid Office Model: We offer a flexible and empowering work environment - you can choose to work 100% from our office in the Werksviertel in Munich or from home.
- Relocation Support: We'll financially support your move to Munich if you live further away than 300km from our office.
