Your role – Tech Captain for our flagship

As a Tech Captain, you are crucial for our samwin Web Agent – the user interface used by contact center agents. You shape the architecture, the interaction between backend and frontend, and the details of the user experience – with an intensive use of C#, TypeScript, Angular, and Akka.NET. Together with us, you define what a modern, AI-ready contact center looks like. You take on a central technical role and serve as the primary point of contact – with the option to later develop into a technical lead or team leader position.

What you will work on

• Further development of our Web Agent UI as the central face of the samwin platform
• Development and implementation of new features in samwin
• Gradual integration of AI-supported functions and automations into the contact center
• Technical responsibility and mentoring within the development team

• Very good knowledge of C# and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Angular or Akka.NET is a plus.
