Functional Analyst

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Functional Analyst role located in Mechelen, with opportunities to work from home part of the time. The Functional Analyst will be responsible for conducting functional analysis, capturing and documenting functional requirements, and assisting in defining business processes. Daily tasks include collaborating with stakeholders to gather insights, analyzing business needs, and translating them into actionable solutions to improve workflows. Additionally, the role involves ensuring the seamless alignment between business requirements and technical development.

Qualifications

• Experience in Functional Analysis and documenting Functional Requirements with precision
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess problems and propose effective solutions
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and understanding Business Processes
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
• Adept at communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, or Information Technology is preferred
• Familiarity with medtech or healthcare solutions is a plus
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is a bonus
