Your Role
We are looking for a Backend Node.js Developer to design, build and evolve modern, scalable server-side solutions for green-field and legacy-migration projects.

Your Role
We are looking for a Backend Node.js Developer to design, build and evolve modern, scalable server-side solutions for green-field and legacy-migration projects.
What You Will Do
- Architect and develop Node.js backends (REST / GraphQL)
- Model data schemas for PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
- Implement authentication, roles and business logic
- Migrate legacy systems to clean, modular architectures
- Collaborate with frontend and product teams
- Drive performance, security and scalability decisions
- Promote best practices and code quality
- Strong Node.js and Express.js or NestJS
- Proven REST API design & consumption
- Solid SQL and/or NoSQL experience
- Git workflow (PR, branching, versioning)
- Autonomous, rigorous, business-oriented mindset
- TypeScript
- Clean / hexagonal architecture
- Jest, Mocha, Supertest
- JWT, OAuth, API-security patterns
- Docker, CI/CD, cloud deployment
- Legacy-system migration experience
- You can build a backend from scratch
- You balance quality, speed and security
- Clear communicator, comfortable in English
- French is a plus (most clients are French-speaking)
- On-site position in Tallinn (ESTONIA)
