DevOps Engineer

Join our DevOps team as a DevOps Engineer to keep our infrastructure healthy 24/7 and help product teams ship faster, safer, and more predictably.

You’ll work with product engineers (not over them) to co-design pragmatic solutions that balance speed, reliability, and security.

Our focus:

• Implement IaC for internal services
• Infrastructure security: our apps are SOC2-certified, which sets specific requirements for how we operate our infrastructure
• Kubernetes migration: move internal services to K8s and standardize environments

Our Tech Stack: Linux, Docker, Terraform, Teamcity/Jenkins/Bitbucket pipelines, Python/Bash, Kubernetes, AWS, Atlassian

What You’ll Do:

• Design and maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform and Ansible
• Develop and support CI/CD pipelines & improve the release process
• Set up multiple environments to support development, testing, and production
• Linux Server Management: configuration, monitoring, optimization
• Participate in incident investigation, problem resolution
• Automate security and compliance practices - including vulnerability detection and mitigation
• Continuously improve operational routines and be a beacon of infrastructure knowledge
• Support internal product teams: handle internal requests (~20–30% of time) - access, pipelines, etc

You’ll be great here if you have:

• Hands-on CI/CD experience and solid understanding of DevOps principles
• Docker expertise and awareness of container orchestration concepts
• IaC with Terraform and any config-management tool (Ansible/Puppet/Chef, etc)
• Linux administration skills (configuration, monitoring, permissions, troubleshooting)
• Git proficiency and experience with version control workflows
• Monitoring/observability know-how (metrics, logs, alerts)
• Automation in Python and/or Bash
• Clear communication with multiple product teams
• Curiosity facing new/unknown tech problems
• English (conversational) and professional Russian (we communicate in russian within the team)

Nice to have:

• Kubernetes in production
• TeamCity administration (agents, build configs, pipelines)
• Admin skills for Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Crowd)
• AWS basics ( IAM, EC2, VPC, RDS, S3)
• Background in DevSecOps
