Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of project managers to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and expectations.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and motivation to the project team to achieve optimal performance.
• Monitor project progress, address risks, and implement solutions to overcome challenges.
• Maintain clear and effective communication across all levels of the organisation.
• Optimise the use of project management tools and software for efficiency and reporting.
