To excel in this role, you must possess a blend of analytical prowess and exceptional communication skills.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conducting in-depth analyses using Looker and Excel to support various operational and venue-related teams.
- Automating processes to enhance efficiency across departments.
- Providing consultancy and support to operational and venue teams to steer their activities based on data-driven insights.
- Engaging in regular exchanges with upper management and contributing to strategic decision-making processes.
- Preparing reports for upper management, occasionally presenting findings through PowerPoint presentations.
Important to have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluent English skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to communicate findings effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Flexibility in terms of working hours when necessary.
