Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager (Non-Technical / Vendor Management)

Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate non-technical projects, with a strong understanding of Vendor Management Systems (VMS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders using Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet agreed-upon requirements
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders, clients, and team members
• Identify potential project risks and support mitigation efforts
• Assign tasks and coach project team members to ensure successful execution
• Ensure documentation, approvals, and reporting are maintained throughout the project lifecycle
• Support continuous improvement of project processes and workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience managing non-technical projects
• Working knowledge of Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
• Strong business acumen in project planning, coordination, and execution
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder and vendor communication skills

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar)
• PMP or other project management certification is a plus
