Here at Hermes Corporate we are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy advanced AI solutions that address complex, real-world challenges at scale.

This is an opportunity to be part of a high-impact initiative, working at the intersection of research and production. You will help define architecture, influence technical direction, and deliver AI systems that drive measurable business value.

What You Will Do

• Design and implement advanced AI/ML models to solve concrete business problems
• Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon) for domain-specific use cases
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for training and inference workflows
• Define and implement production-grade deployment strategies for AI systems
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven applications
• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve model performance and efficiency
• Stay at the forefront of advancements in AI, LLMs, multimodal systems, and optimization techniques

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML systems in production environments
• Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Demonstrated experience working with transformer architectures and Large Language Models
• Solid understanding of model optimization techniques (quantization, pruning, distillation)
• Experience with MLOps practices and production deployment pipelines
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or advanced specialization in AI/ML
• Experience with Vision-Language Models or multimodal AI systems
• Knowledge of embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search architectures
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Background in industrial-scale or complex enterprise AI implementations
