Our success is built on the talent, collaboration, and commitment of our people and we’re now looking for a Project Manager Fund Dealing to join our journey.
Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation of Fund Dealing client onboarding projects, including new client launches, client migrations (in/out), fund mergers, fund liquidations, insurance policy-related activities and other operational events.
- Organise and participate in regular project meetings and conference calls with clients and internal/external stakeholders.
- Perform detailed gap analyses of client requirements in order to design operating models aligned with target operating model, and work with business change management teams to address any deviations.
- Develop and maintain a close working relationship with Luxembourg teams and service providers to ensure accurate operational setups and flows, enabling a smooth transition to Business-As-Usual (BAU) while mitigating operational risks.
- Lead and coordinate asset migrations (mutual funds, hedge funds and cash) when applicable, including the preparation of operational documentation defining roles and responsibilities across stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams, including Global Custody, Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Depository & Fiduciary Services, Market & Financing Services, ensuring transversal topics, dependencies and operational setups are properly addressed.
- Maintain and regularly update the client event pipeline, monitoring project portfolios to anticipate capacity constraints and implementation risks.
- Organise and coordinate connectivity setups (SWIFT, Neolink) with clients and/or delegates, including testing activities to ensure operational readiness from day one.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding and implementation processes, proposing pragmatic solutions and leading Post-Implementation Reviews when required.
Requirements
- Strong business knowledge of mutual funds and hedge funds, with solid understanding of fund dealing and asset servicing environments.
- Proven client-facing experience, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organisation and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment.
- Languages: Fluency in English and French is required; any additional language is considered an advantage.
