About the role
We are looking for an Operations Analyst to help drive the day-to-day operations of the business while supporting problem-solving, process optimization, and technical initiatives.
From day one, you’ll play a meaningful role within the team and across the company, taking ownership of impactful operational tasks.
This role is based in a dynamic environment where you’ll work closely with a highly skilled, collaborative, and diverse team, contributing to continuous improvement and reliable operations.
What you’ll be doing
Organize and execute daily, weekly, and monthly operational activities, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with business priorities.
Track, analyze, and report operational performance metrics, proactively identifying risks or potential SLA deviations.
Support new operational and technology initiatives, contributing to development, testing, rollouts, and follow-up activities.
Collaborate closely with teams across the organization, acting as a first line of support to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
Contribute ideas and insights to improve processes, tools, and ways of working.
You’re a great match if you have
Education & experience
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Engineering, Business Administration, a STEAM discipline, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in operations, analytics, or a related area (early-career candidates are welcome).
Skills & knowledge
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with numbers and data.
Comfort using digital tools and technology, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms.
Experience in a startup or scale-up environment is a plus, but not required.
Knowledge of programming or data languages such as SQL and/or Python is desirable, but not mandatory.
Languages
Spanish and English, required for effective collaboration in a bilingual work environment.

Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex and numerical problems.
Proactive and resourceful approach, with the ability to anticipate and address issues.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within diverse teams.
Comfort working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.

Clear, respectful, and effective communication skills.
