Scrum Master (Remote)

For one of our international clients, we are currently looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a long-term DevOps migration project in a fully remote setup.

🔹 Project Overview

Migration of the TTTech Computertechnik environment into the NXP environment, within a complex, international and highly technical DevOps landscape.

• Workload: Full-time
• Location: 100% Remote
• Working language: English
• Candidate location: Worldwide

🔹 Role Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective).
• Ensure adherence to Scrum and agile best practices.
• Remove impediments and support the team’s productivity and focus.
• Act as a servant leader for an international DevOps team.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps developers, product stakeholders and other technical teams.
• Support continuous improvement and agile maturity within the team.

🔹 Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in technical / DevOps environments.
• Solid understanding of CI / CV and DevOps workflows.
• Experience working with international and distributed teams.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills in English.
• Basic knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.

🔹 Nice to Have

• Experience in large-scale migration or carve-out projects.
• Background working alongside DevOps or platform engineering teams.
