Human Resources Director

Adecco Romania is recruiting a Human Resources Director on behalf of its client, a fast-growing company in the food commercialization and QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry.

The Human Resources Director will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for reshaping the HR function on a modern foundation, supporting the company’s business growth.

Responsibilities

Responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including recruitment, training for new staff members, induction training, payroll, HR admin, evaluation system.

• Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Develop HR strategies, provide guidance to top management, and ensure HR needs align with
• business objectives
• Ensure employment law, HR policy, best practice and workforce development are applied
• Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing
• the hiring process
• Managing the payroll department
• Determine relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for incentive schemes
• Design and implement employee retention strategy and evaluation system
• Ensure all job descriptions and organization chart are up to date
• Anticipate and resolve litigation risks

Candidate Profile

Proven experience as HR Manager/Director in a retail business

Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations

Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices

Knowledge of data analysis and reporting

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving skills and initiative.

Positive and approachable manner

Experience in monitoring and driving KPIs.

The capacity to make quick but rational decisions

Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
