About The Role As Junior ML Engineer

As a Junior ML Engineer, you will work within multidisciplinary teams with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Senior ML Engineers to help operationalize machine learning and advanced analytics systems. Your primary focus will be supporting the full ML lifecycle, bridging the gap between experimental data science prototypes and robust, deployed production solutions.

• Software Development & Support: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python to support machine learning systems and data pipelines.
• MLOps Implementation: Assist in building, maintaining, and automating components of the ML lifecycle, including model training pipelines, evaluation processes, and monitoring tools.
• Production Transition: Work closely with Data Scientists to containerize and prepare models for deployment, learning best practices for scalability and reliability.
• Testing & Monitoring: Help implement testing strategies and monitoring dashboards to ensure deployed models are performing as expected in a production environment.
• Continuous Learning: Dedicate time to learning new tools, technologies, and best practices in ML and MLOps, cloud environments, and big data technologies.

• Becoming Proficient in key ML and MLOps practices, CI/CD, and production deployment processes.

• bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
