Network Services Engineer (DNS/DHCP/IPAM):

For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced Network Services Engineer (DNS/DHCP/IPAM) for a long contract based in Warsaw, Poland

Role Description:

• Create complex project plans, perform impact analysis, resolve high-impact incidents/projects, and restore DDI services
• Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post service restoration
• Design testing approaches, complex processes, reporting streams, and automate repetitive tasks
• Review requirement documents, define hardware requirements, and update DDI processes and procedures
• Collaborate with network architects, network security, and network operations teams to implement DDI best practices
• Assess risk appropriately while making business decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and Citi policies
• Safeguard organizational reputation, clients, and assets by applying sound ethical judgment and transparent escalation and reporting of control issues

Competencies:

• Digital: Cisco DNA Center
• Network Routing (WAN Technology)

Essential Skills:

• Experience managing and configuring enterprise networks or DDI solutions
• Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (IPAM) protocols
• Experience with DDI tools such as TCPWave, Bluecat, or Infoblox (preferred)
• Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to operate with limited supervision
• Experience in Financial Services or large, complex, global environments preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in enterprise network or DDI solution management
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and IPAM protocols
• Exposure to TCPWave, Bluecat, or Infoblox tools
• Experience working in global or financial services environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
