Front-End Developer – Abu Dhabi

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Developer with deep expertise in React.js and proven experience working within the TAMM platform. In this role, you will be responsible for building world-class digital services You will translate complex requirements into intuitive, accessible, and high-performance interfaces for millions of users.

Key Responsibilities

• UI/UX Implementation: Translate Figma/Adobe XD wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive React components using modern CSS frameworks (SCSS, Tailwind).
• Performance Engineering: Optimize applications for Core Web Vitals, ensuring maximum speed, responsiveness, and minimal bundle sizes.
• State Management: Architect complex data flows using Zustand, Redux Toolkit, or TanStack Query to ensure consistent state across the application.
• Responsive Design: Develop pixel-perfect, mobile-first interfaces using Tailwind CSS or Styled Components, ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
• Security & Compliance: Implement frontend security best practices, including Content Security Policy (CSP) and secure handling of JWTs/session data.
• Testing & CI/CD: Maintain high code quality through rigorous unit and E2E testing using Playwright or Jest, and manage deployments via automated pipelines.

Required Technical Skills

• Core Frameworks: Expert-level proficiency in React.js (Hooks, Context API) and Next.js.
• Testing: Hands-on experience with unit and integration testing using Jest, React Testing Library, or Mocha.
• Tools: Mastery of Git/GitHub, Webpack, Babel, and NPM scripts.
• Mandatory hands-on experience developing for the TAMM Platform or similar UAE government digital

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage
