Job Description

The role of an IT Administrator at 26J25 is crucial for ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of an organization’s information technology systems. Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain organization's IT hardware and software systems effectively.
• Monitor network performance and perform troubleshooting to resolve any issues promptly.
• Implement security protocols to protect IT infrastructure from cyber threats.
• Maintain and update server infrastructure, ensuring seamless and efficient operation.
• Coordinate with vendors to support and maintain essential IT services and products.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems and network infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and guidance to ensure smooth user experiences across departments.
• Plan and execute backup and disaster recovery solutions to protect critical data.
• Conduct regular audits of IT systems, identifying and addressing potential security risks.
• Train staff on proper use of technology and provide technical coaching as needed.
• Collaborate with senior management to align IT strategy with organizational goals.
• Lead projects for system upgrades, migrations, and the integration of new technologies.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in IT administration or related technical support role is essential.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, systems security, and server management.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
• Familiarity with various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and MacOS.
• Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical staff.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional advantageous.
