What Will You Do

Lead initiatives to elevate content quality across all projects, ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategic objectives
Oversee and continuously improve the onboarding processes for new content team members, ensuring a seamless integration into workflows
Take ownership of learning and development sessions for the content department, fostering skill-building and professional growth
Drive process improvements to optimize workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance efficiency
Develop and implement metrics to evaluate content performance, team progress, and project outcomes
Plan and manage content projects with a focus on delivering impactful results within deadlines
Collaborate with SEO, affiliate, and development teams to align content strategies with broader company goals
Use project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) to assign tasks, monitor progress, and track milestones
Actively communicate updates, insights, and performance data to stakeholders, recommending data-driven improvements

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

Proven experience in content project management or a similar role, with a strong emphasis on improving content quality and processes
Expertise in developing and implementing onboarding programs and team-building initiatives
Demonstrated ability to plan learning sessions to upskill teams
Strong background in setting metrics, analyzing performance, and making informed decisions based on data
Experience in cross-functional collaboration, especially with technical and creative teams
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in using project management tools and frameworks like OKRs to align goals and track performance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture
Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO strategies is a plus but not required

GROSS SALARY

2644 - 3305 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences
