Senior Product Designer

About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer who’s driven to create thoughtful, high-impact product experiences. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to solve real user challenges and deliver polished, scalable design solutions in a rapidly growing environment

Responsibiliti

• Own end-to-end design for core product initiative
• Scope, prioritize, and deliver design work in a dynamic, high-growth environmen
• Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to align on problems and solution
• Make product design decisions using user research, data, and design best practice
• Design intuitive, scalable user experiences with strong UX and UI foundation
• Contribute to and evolve our design system and internal design processes

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI for web and mobile application
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and multiple stakeholders
• High sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes and product quality
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional tea
• Proficient in Figma and experienced with design systems
• MUST have experience in fintech or B2B products
