Overview:
The Human Resources Coordinator will be a critical member of the HR team to ensure the Corporate Groups HR teams and their client groups are supported. This role will be based out of our New York City offices to foster on-site collaboration and will provide a range of administrative and project support, in addition to having accountability for budget management for the HR function. Key Accountabilities:
Human Resources Administration
- General administrative support including HR forms, tracking, ordering supplies, imaging and administration
- Oversee/drive the termination process (exit interviews, system processing, logistics)
- Provide support with creation of onboarding schedules for executives
- Liaise with Employee Services to process transactions in HR System (Oracle HCM)
- Calendar management for VP, Corporate Groups and scheduling support for the CG team
- On-site support with obtaining signatures, printing/preparing presentation materials, etc.
- Manage timesheets
- Support with HR communications, including pulling distribution lists and sending timely updates, as needed
- Provide ongoing support for special projects and key initiatives for HR such as Talent Review, the Performance Management process, merit increases, bonus payouts, organizational restructuring, as well as DEI initiatives within CGs
- Run reports proactively and ad-hoc to provide data an insights into talent trends and processes for quarterly OMR check-ins
- Support with building PowerPoint decks for OMR
- Ensure org charts are up to date for the Corporate Groups teams on a monthly basis
- Create and maintain organizational charts for HR and client groups, as needed
- Coordinate teambuilding activities for CGs
- Provide support with planning for HR Excellence Days including setup for Global HR Town Halls and planning for engagement activity
- Ad-hoc HR event and meeting set-up support
- Support with visa administration (posting, printing, filing, and employee/manager communications)
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree
- 2+ years of experience within HR or administrative roles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Solid attention to detail and ability to navigate confidential information
- Demonstrated curiosity and initiative to identify solutions autonomously
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to work in Microsoft Office software (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work across the team and with different levels within the organization
- Experience with HR systems such as Oracle HCM
