Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and refinement of agility-focused engineering practices.
- Identify inefficiencies in delivery pipelines and propose practical solutions.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and managers to implement KPI-driven improvements.
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and technical deep dives.
- Own and deliver features that improve engineering velocity and customer outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 3+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience. Solid coding and debugging skills in modern programming languages.
- Experience working in agile environments and contributing to process improvements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
- Passion for solving engineering inefficiencies and improving team productivity.
