We are looking for Product Manager, who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will:

Understand market and user needs, prioritize the backlog, define strategies and the roadmap, align stakeholders, monitor performance metrics, and guide the team in delivering solutions that meet strategic objectives.

Mandatory Skills:

Responsible for leading the definition, development, and evolution of a product throughout its entire life cycle. Acts as the central point between business, technology, and user experience teams, ensuring that the product delivers value to both the customer and the company.

Desirable Skills:

Leadership & Communication: Clear communication, stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration.

Planning & Execution: Scope, schedule, budget management; roadmap delivery; prioritization.

Risk & Change Management: Risk assessment, mitigation planning, change control.

Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Data‑driven decisions, problem‑solving, continuous improvement.

Technical Competencies: Agile/Scrum, Kanban, KPIs; tools such as ,Confluence, Excel, Power BI, Jira.

Soft Skills: Adaptability, resilience, teamwork, conflict management, proactivity.
