Senior Fullstack Developer

We are working with a fast-growing AI startup based in Vienna that’s building an innovative AI product . This role comes with real ownership and influence from day one.

This is a hands-on, product-driven role where you’ll work directly on the core platform, shape early technical decisions, and help define how software is built and shipped as the company scales.

This is not a large corporate environment, you’ll have autonomy, visibility, and impact.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a production-grade full-stack TypeScript codebase
• Develop frontend features and backend APIs end-to-end
• Design and evolve the application architecture as the product scales
• Collaborate closely with product and AI teams
• Own features from initial concept through production deployment

Requirements

• Strong experience with TypeScript
• Daily hands-on use of modern AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar
• Solid production experience with React
• Experience working with tRPC
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS
• Comfortable using TanStack / React Query
• Experience with modern TypeScript ORMs ( e.g. Drizzle or Prisma )
• Experience with modern frameworks such as Next.js, Remix, or React Router
• Fluent in English

Nice to Have

• Experience working with AI SDK
• Experience with real-time technologies
• Conversational German

Big Plus

• Experience building voice agents
• Based in Vienna, Austria
• Native development experience
• Strong design engineering skills, including UI/UX judgment and design systems
