We’re looking for Head of Business Operations for the CEO Office to work directly with the CEO and C-level team. This role ensures that priorities are clear, decisions are followed through, and the organization moves in one direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the CEO and C-level team to translate company strategy into clear quarterly priorities, OKRs, and measurable outcomes, ensuring alignment and focus across the organization.
- Own the company’s operating rhythm by planning and running weekly executive meetings, monthly performance and KPI reviews, and quarterly planning cycles. Ensure decisions are clearly documented, accountable owners are assigned, and execution is tracked through to completion.
- Establish and maintain a single source of truth for company performance by defining core KPIs, aligning metric definitions across functions, and ensuring consistent, reliable data across Sales, Operations, Product, and Finance.
- Proactively identify and resolve cross-functional execution issues, stepping in when priorities, commitments, or constraints between teams create friction or risk to delivery.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable operating processes, including decision-making frameworks, delegation of authority, and cross-team hand-offs, balancing necessary controls with the need for speed and agility.
- Manage different types of projects assigned by CEO.
What We Expect:
- Proven experience in projects/program management, operations, consulting or similar roles.
- High level of ownership and accountability for results.
- Proven experience working directly with C-level executives.
- Exceptional clarity of thinking and communication.
- Comfortable pushing senior leaders for decisions and follow-through.
- High tolerance for ambiguity and incomplete information.
- Ability to stay neutral, fact-based, and outcome driven.
