We are looking for a CRM & Sales Platforms Product Owner to coordinate and improve our digital platforms. This is a business-oriented role, focused on platform ownership, requirement analysis, prioritization, and delivery management. You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure smooth platform operation and continuous improvement.

This role does NOT involve programming or technical development.

Your main tasks will be:

• Manage CRM and POS platform development
• Analyze business requirements in cooperation with Product and UX/UI teams
• Run discovery and research to understand needs, pain points for future improvements
• Prepare clear and detailed requirements for design, front-end, and back-end development
• Collaborate with other product teams and IT departments to deliver new solutions
• Work closely with internal teams, partners and platform vendors
• Set task priorities and coordinate execution with IT colleagues
• Make UAT tests and validate implemented design and IT solutions
• Analyze data and make decisions based on insights

We expect:

• At least 2 years of experience in IT product development or IT project management
• Experience working with complex digital products
• Strong ability to write clear, structured, and detailed development task requirements
• Experience using digital project management tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Good command of English, both written and spoken

 Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in the e-commerce industry
• Experience with CRM or POS platforms (considered an advantage)
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (considered an advantage)
• Background in product management, project management, UX, or IT
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning

Gross salary 2100 to 3500 Eur. The exact amount will depend on experience and skills. The package includes a fixed salary and quarterly bonuses based on results achieved
