We are seeking an experienced IT Technician to develop, maintain, and support our internal IT services. The role will involve managing and optimizing Microsoft 365 tools, supporting end users, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for implementing and supporting solutions like Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, MDM, Defender, and other key technologies used within our organization.

Your role

We are looking for a confirmed IT Officer / Endpoint Officer to join our IT team and operate in a demanding professional environment, with a strong focus on autonomy, rigor and professionalism.

This role is hands-on and operational: you are expected to diagnose, decide and act - not just execute.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 / Level 2 IT support to end users
• Diagnose and resolve workstation issues (Windows 10/11)
• Manage Microsoft 365 environnements :
• Exchange
• SharePoint (effective permissions, groups)
• Teams
• Manage and secure endpoints via Intune / MDM
• Apply endpoint security best practices (patching, Defender)
• Manage IT assets (inventory, loans, RMA)
• Contribute to IT projects (M365 modernization, security)

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Strong command of Windows 10/11
• Solid diagnostic reflexes (performance, resources, power settings)
• Clear understanding of Microsoft 365 access rights via groups
• Ability to distinguish workstation / client issues from service / server issues
• Ability to analyze before acting and explain your decisions
• Fluent in French
• Professional English
