IT Support Analyst

IT Support Analyst - Luxembourg - Permanent - Up to 67,000 EUR

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Analyst to join our Luxembourg based global law firm on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full onsite IT support to lawyers and business professionals in Luxembourg
• Deliver support for desktop hardware/software, remote access (VPN, tokens), mobile devices, and meeting room tech (incl. video conferencing)
• Work with the Technical Lead and global teams on projects and pilot rollouts, assisting with training and issue resolution
• Support infrastructure tasks and coordinate with vendors when needed
• Engage users with face-to-face support and educate them on legal and office technologies to improve productivity
• Document technical issues, share knowledge with the team, and contribute to service improvements

Key Skills & Experience

• Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in IT support or training, ideally in legal or professional services
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, iManage, and legal tech tools is beneficial
• Good understanding of cybersecurity best practices
• Hands-on experience with hardware/software setups (Windows, iOS, Android), printing, video conferencing, Wi-Fi, Cisco phones
• Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused mindset
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to support users at all levels in a multicultural environment
