PwC Luxembourg is hiring a Data Analyst Advisor (m/f/d). What if it was you?

Your Mission:

As part of the Tax Transformation team, you actively participate to transform our Tax processes, delivery models and services to our clients with technology, automated solutions, data visualization solutions, and collaborative solutions, within the scope of core Tax services.

You understand the operational processes followed by your colleagues and clients and you identify inefficiencies and recommend technical solutions.

To implement the recommended technical solutions, the following tasks can be performed:

• Taking ownership of data-driven initiatives, starting with the analysis of existing datasets, automated workflows, reports, and processes to understand current issues and data limitations.
• Using analytical findings to define and design data-based solutions, including reporting, dashboards, data models, or automated outputs;
• Understanding internal system constraints and governance;
• Working closely with stakeholders to prepare structured documentation that clearly describes: the analytical findings, data requirements, the proposed data solution, and the expected business outcomes;
• Communicating effectively the results of our analysis and discussing the subsequent action plan with the stakeholders;
• Being the owner of a portfolio of projects and following the project's roadmap with other team members;
• Looking for new project opportunities, developing your own ideas, and implementing proof of concepts to test their feasibility.

• Demonstrate a proactive mindset towards new analytical approaches, tools, and ways of working, continuously exploring innovative methods to improve data usage and insight generation..
• Identify, implement, and drive solutions using data technologies such as ETL, AI, RPA, data visualization, Microsoft suite, and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate analytical results and ensure that delivered tools, dashboards, or data outputs meet their operational and decision-making needs.
• Collaborate closely with our IT teams to address technical questions related to data sources, transformations, performance, and integration.

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
• Are proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and ETL tools
• Have experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
