Officer Talent Management - Career Programs

Task Responsibilities:

We are looking for a passionate & dynamic person to join our Learning & Talent Management department and support the implementation and development of the career framework within Cargolux. In this role, you will help shape a transparent, engaging, and future ‑ ready career experience for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and continuous improvement of the company-wide career framework
  • Contribute to defining and maintaining the internal mobility policy
  • Map career paths and career streams across functions and levels
  • Plan, organize, and execute career-related events and development activities
  • Coordinate existing career programs, such as graduate programs, and support the rollout of new initiatives (e.g., job swaps, rotations, and other similar activities)
  • Assist in preparing career guidelines, toolkits, and employee-facing resources.
  • Support internal communication activities, including the development of career testimonials, employee guides, and other communications that enhance career awareness and engagement.

Essential Requirements For The Position:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in Talent Management or Career Development (i.e., career frameworks, internal mobility, or development programs)
  • Project management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple HR programs and events
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Continuous improvement mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders

Working Conditions:

  • Temporary (24-month) full-time position based in Luxembourg.
  • A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
  • Flexible working hours as per our Collective Work Agreement (CWA).
  • The successful candidate will have to obtain a valid medical fitness certificate for the job issued by the Company doctor prior to the start of the employment.
  • The internal title of the position will be "Officer Talent Management".
