Penetration Tester / Ethical Hacker (Contract) – Luxembourg (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking an experienced Security Testing Specialist / Penetration Tester to join a high-profile project in Luxembourg.

Contract Details

• Rate: up to €500 per day
• Duration: 5 months
• Location: Luxembourg
• Working Model: Hybrid (2 days onsite per week required)
• Start: Must be able to start before Mid-Feb

Key Responsibilities

• Perform penetration testing on web applications, APIs, networks, and infrastructure
• Identify security vulnerabilities and provide remediation recommendations
• Conduct security assessments aligned with OWASP and NIST frameworks
• Use industry-standard tools to simulate real-world attack scenarios
• Produce clear technical reports for stakeholders and development teams
• Support security hardening and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience as a Pen Tester / Ethical Hacker / Security Tester
• Expertise with tools such as Kali Linux, Metasploit, Burp Suite, Wireshark
• Good scripting/programming knowledge (eg Python, JavaScript) for automation
• Solid understanding of network security, encryption, firewalls, and protocols
• Experience working with Linux and Windows environments
• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10, NIST standards, and security best practices
• Exposure to cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
