Responsibilities

Develop and execute detailed project plans, managing resources, budgets, risks, dependencies, and key milestones while ensuring effective coordination across internal and external teams.

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients, facilitating clear communication and managing expectations through regular interactions and steering committee participation.

Lead and facilitate regular project meetings with clients, delivery teams, and partners to monitor progress, track KPIs, and ensure adherence to agreed timelines and scope.

Prepare, consolidate, and present regular project status reports both to customers and to internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and action plans.

Work closely with the project technical lead to guide, motivate, and inspire the team, providing continuous feedback, alignment, and fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.

Requirements

Proven international working experience in multicultural and multi-stakeholder environments.

Professional experience within IT consulting companies, preferably in a Microsoft-centric technology stack.

Solid experience using project management tools such as MS Project and SaaS-based project management platforms.

Strong coordination and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and senior stakeholders.

Familiarity with test management coordination and quality assurance activities within IT projects.

Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including Azure Boards, backlog management, and sprint/iteration tracking.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken).

European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.

100% remote position. Occasional on-site presence in Lisbon, with availability to travel 2-3 times per year for key meeting or team events.
