Requirements: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields; - Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Business Intelligence projects. Mandatory technical skills: - Microsoft SQL Server (2016–2022); - Advanced T-SQL (complex queries, optimization, and tuning); - Relational and dimensional modeling (Star Schema / Snowflake); - SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) – ETL/ELT processes; - SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) – Multidimensional and Tabular; - DAX and MDX; - SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS); - Power BI (data modeling, dashboards, and Row-Level Security – RLS); - Definition of end-to-end BI architectures; - Performance optimization and monitoring, including: - SQL code performance analysis; - Index analysis and optimization; - Execution plan analysis; - Implementation of security and access control; - Support for Development, Test, and Production environments; - Production of technical documentation and support for data governance; - Business requirements gathering and analysis; - Translation of functional needs into technical solutions; - Effective communication with technical and business stakeholders; - Participation in critical and highly complex projects; - Technical leadership and mentoring capabilities; - Microsoft certifications in Data, BI, or Analytics (valued).
