Role Overview

The position focuses on designing and optimizing machine learning models, fine-tuning large language models, and developing complex prompts. The role also involves experimenting with innovative AI techniques, researching advancements in AI, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the scalability and ethical deployment of AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and architect appropriate LLM prompts, Agents, and ML models to solve technical and impactful problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand proposed use cases and translate them into scalable technical specifications for machine learning projects.
• Analyze and prepare data for modeling, including developing and validating proofs of concept (PoCs).
• Design and implement machine learning models, iteratively refining them to meet production-level performance standards.
• Build robust, automated data pipelines to ingest and process structured and unstructured data from various sources.
• Document implemented machine learning models and data pipelines to ensure clarity and long-term maintainability.

Ideal Background

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Highly independent professional able to drive projects with minimal supervision.
• Proven experience managing Junior engineers (task planning, supervision) and working effectively in teams.
• Demonstrated professional track record in data analysis, data cleaning, advanced LLM prompting, NLP, and model development.
• Proven experience with Agentic AI workflows (e.g., Google ADK).
• Extensive experience with software development in Python.
• Experience with SQL, and commonly used Python libraries such as Pandas and TensorFlow.
• Fluency in English.
