About the job:

As an HR Auditor, you will play a critical role for the effectiveness, compliance, and efficiency of the recruitment processes.

What you will be doing:

• Conduct audits to evaluate the HR processes such as recruitment
• Verify and process various employee-related data and ensure the accuracy of recruitment-related documentation and records
• Identify and rectify any discrepancies, helping to manage risk within the organization
• Prepare reports on their findings and present them to senior management

What are we looking for:

• Bachelor's degree preferable in a quantitative field or a related subject such as business or industrial/organizational psychology
• Strong analytical skills with a critical and inquisitive attention to detail
• Excellent and proven command of both written and spoken English
• Professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards and confidentiality in all recruitment activities
