Chief Technology Officer ( CTO )

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and drive the development of our e-payment and payment systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech, extensive knowledge of payment processing technologies, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the technology strategy aligned with the company’s goals and vision.
• Lead the design and implementation of secure and scalable e-payment solutions.
• Oversee the development and integration of payment systems that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• Manage and mentor the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
• Establish partnerships with third-party vendors and technology providers to enhance service offerings.
• Drive continuous improvement in technology processes and practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a CTO or VP of Engineering in a high-growth fintech company.
• Deep understanding of financial services industry, products, and regulations.
• Strong knowledge of e-payment technologies, payment gateways, and transaction processing systems.
• Experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and drive technological innovation.
• Experience in managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
